This talk's key messaging is to help people discover and recognize that their uniqueness is a gift to the world--even if it seems to be an isolating burden. There is nothing wrong with you. Did you hear that? There is absolutely nothing wrong with you. I teach persons how to recognize their organizational or individual uniqueness in ways that build confidence, lead to a life of meaning, and generate profitability.
Have you ever gotten terminated for no real reason? I have--multiple times. That is the gospel truth. Even if that is not precisely your story, this dialogue gives you the tools that help you dig deep and convert your passion into gainful careers that have the ability to not only change your life but transform communities and the world. It all starts with hope and resilience. This talk shows you how.
One of my favorite speakers, Dr. Myles Monroe, challenged the traditional view on leadership. Like him, I do not belief that some are born to lead, while the rest of us are simply born to fall in line and follow. Everyone is a leader. In this session, we walk through the core values of effective leadership, building healthy climates for those you lead, and a framework for leading on purpose.
Everyone has a story and a voice. This engagement shares real practices that provide a blueprint for learning how to become an effective speaker. The days of perfection are long gone. More than ever, people crave human connection. You, too, have the ability to deliver clear, decisive and engaging talks without much prior experience. Actually, you have been talking your entire life. Let me teach you my proven map in how to say what you really want to say.
In a world inundated with self-comparisons, there is much pressure to conform. Children deal with this battle; so, do adults. This is why I have spent years perfecting a message which not only challenges, but demonstrates how to remain true to values, ethics, and individuality--no matter your industry or age. By the end of this conversation, audiences leave with tips and methods to drown out the noise and follow their inner voice.
Two of the most inspirational figures in education are Ron Clark and the late Rita Pierson. They have demonstrated what is possible when we educate on purpose. My dialogue is designed for all persons who play a role in education--from the front desk staff to the custodial team, from administrators and students to volunteers. Each person must work collectively to create joyful spaces which spark innovation, welcome healthy debate, and does not replace families, but rather engages them. Most important, is the emphasis on how to foster school-wide relationships. While this talk examines the key challenges education faces, it does not stay there. I leave audiences with clear guides on how to re-design and implement educational models which positively resonate with students and community.
