Meet Joy Dr. Joy Obidike, Founder
Background
Dr. Joy Obidike is a 1st Generation Nigerian-American with a passion to use the power of voice and story to impact positive global change. By trade, she is a biological scientist. She has served in the US Senate as a NASA, Education, and Health Legislative Correspondent, and has held conference with leaders like President George W. Bush, President Barack Obama, Chief Justice John Roberts of the US Supreme Court, representatives from the United Nations, and a host of others. Dr. Joy is highly recognized for birthing transformative leadership in the US, Kenya, Canada, the Caribbean, Nigeria, and Uganda. She is a graduate of the NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Initiative and is an accredited NASDAQ Business Coach and Mentor, with an offered feature in Times Square. Dr. Joy is a certified Life Coach, as well. She received the 2025 Top 100 Innovators and Entrepreneurs in the US, landing the magazine's elite cover, and selected for a 2-page feature. One of her most exciting adventures is leading a talk in Silicon Valley June 2025. All of her work aims to equip individuals and organizations with proven methods which craft out lives of meaning, that pay.
My Approach
